How do I invite my team?

You can give your staff their own logins instead of sharing one account. Everyone gets their own sign-in, and you control what each person can see.

1. Open Team & Access Control

In your dashboard, go to Settings → Team & Access Control.

2. Send the invite

Choose to invite a new user, then enter their email address and pick a role.

They receive an email with an invite link. Opening it lets them set their own password and join your store. The invite is tied to that email address, so it must be opened by the person you sent it to.

3. Choose the right role

Roles decide what someone can reach:

  • Owner — full control of the business, including billing.
  • Admin — broad access to run the store day to day.
  • Manager — oversees operations without full administrative control.
  • Sales — for people working on orders and customers.
  • Staff — the most limited role, for focused day-to-day work.

Start with the smallest role that lets someone do their job. It is easy to give more access later, and much harder to undo a mistake made with too much of it.

4. Fine-tune what they can do

Beyond the role, each area of the dashboard can be set to one of four levels:

  • None — the area is not visible at all.
  • View — can see it, cannot change anything.
  • Manage — can create and edit.
  • Admin — can also delete.

So you can let a sales assistant view products and manage orders while keeping revenue reports and billing out of sight entirely.

If the invite does not arrive

  • Ask them to check spam.
  • Confirm you typed the email address correctly.
  • Send the invite again from the same screen.

Removing someone

When someone leaves, remove them from Settings → Team & Access Control. Their access ends immediately. Do this the same day they leave — a dormant login is a real risk.

How many people can I add?

It depends on your plan: Starter includes 5 team members, Growth 10, and Pro and Enterprise are unlimited.
