Your profile is your own details — name, email, and password. It is separate from your business details, which are what customers see.
Opening your profile
Go to Profile from your dashboard.

What you can change here
- Your name — what your teammates see against your activity.
- Your email address — where sign-in and account notices go.
- Your password.
Changing your password
Update it from your profile. You will normally be asked for your current password first — that check is what stops someone who finds an unlocked laptop from taking the account.

If you cannot remember your current password, use the reset flow instead. See How do I reset my password?
Changing your email address
Take care here: your email is how you sign in and where password resets go. If you change it, make sure the new address is one you can actually open, and verify it if prompted.
Business details are elsewhere
Your store name, logo, and the details customers see are not in your profile. Those live under Settings → Business Details and in your online store settings.
